At Gardenaliveflex, we take great care in packaging and shipping our plants. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged Plants

If your plant arrives damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging
Include your order number in your communication
Do not discard the plant or packaging until we respond

We will assess the damage and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

Due to the living nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we accept returns for:

Plants that arrive dead or severely damaged
Incorrect items sent
Plants that do not match the description significantly

We cannot accept returns for:

Plants that decline due to improper care after delivery
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Minor cosmetic variations (natural in living plants)
Plants held at delivery facilities due to missed deliveries

Refund Process

Once we approve your return or replacement request:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Replacement plants will be shipped at no additional cost

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription plans:

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
